Eva Rouland is an undergraduate student at New York University, double-majoring in International Relations and French. Her academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of global diplomacy, policy innovation, and the governance of emerging technologies. At Phosphorus Cybersecurity, she worked as an IoT Security and Policy Analyst, discovering vulnerabilities in connected devices and examining their implications for geopolitics and climate resilience. At Network 20/20, she aims to contribute to research and programming that fosters inclusive, solutions-oriented dialogue on the future of international cooperation amid evolving global challenges.
