Dario Vasquez

2021-2023 Tunisia Fellow

Dario Vasquez is the Program Manager of entrepreneurship at the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University. He supports startup activities at Columbia including the NSF I-Corps program, startup bootcamps, and pitch competitions. Dario is an avid supporter of Open Startup, an organization helping entrepreneurs in Tunisia and Morocco thrive using technology to solve global problems and launch startups to support development in their countries. He studied Environmental Studies and Sociology at Dickinson College and interned for a Brooklyn, NY based startup focused on eco friendly cleaning products. Prior to Columbia, he managed grants for the Rockefeller Foundation and other private philanthropic non-profits. Dario Vasquez is currently in the Executive Master of Public Administration program at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
