Research Intern
Istiqlal Safi is a Research Intern at Network 20/20 and lives in New York City, where he pursues a Master’s degree in Global Studies at Bard College and works as a TESOL instructor. Before moving to New York, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in International and Comparative Politics with a minor in Public Law and Human Rights at the American University of Central Asia in Kyrgyzstan. His interests include International Law, Political Theory, Foreign Policy, and the politics of the Middle East and South Asia.
