Steven Mandurano is a leader in association and nonprofit marketing, membership, and communications. For nearly 20 years, he has specialized in omnichannel and direct response marketing, while delivering measurable results for a multitude of small-to-mid size associations. Steven’s focus on offer creation and testing, and traditional, digital, inbound, content, multichannel and brand marketing initiatives has led to an increase in lead generation, membership and conference sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
Steven’s tenure has largely been with smaller corporations, nonprofits, membership, and trade associations, and most recently Steven led the direct response marketing initiatives accounting for nearly 90 percent of organizational revenue and generating $6 million, to include a membership upsell pilot grossing $1 million.
Steven holds an MBA in Marketing, a certificate in Design Led Thinking, is an ASAE Certified Association Executive, and Certified Nonprofit Professional.
