Scarlett Bilbro is the Program & Event Intern at Network 20/20. She is pursuing an MA in International Relations at Central European University in Vienna, Austria, and she is currently participating in a semester exchange program through Bard College in New York City. Prior to Network 20/20, she served as the Employment intern at Kentucky Refugee Ministries, where she assisted newly resettled families with finding work in Kentucky. In addition, she previously completed her BA in International Affairs at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. Her interests include US foreign policy, refugee policy, and international law.”
