About the Fellowship

The BOLD Fellowship is an intensive academic and practical program that provides a group of young students and recent graduates from across Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia with in-depth training on entrepreneurship and leadership.
Through a combination of experiential in-person training modules and activities in New York State and virtual sessions, we work with aspiring entrepreneurs to refine their business models and support their efforts to launch ventures.

The BOLD Entrepreneurship Model
I left for the U.S. as an individual, but I returned as part of a family, and for that I am incredibly greatful. I sincerely hope that we can implement the knowledge acquired during our time in the U.S. and that we can improve BiH’s start-up ecosystem by working together!
Abdulmelik Pehlić, BOLD Fellow
The BOLD experience has given me an invaluable opportunity to strengthen my entrepreneurial mindset, and improve my leadership and communication skills through an excellent curricular program and great networking with inspiring and like-minded professionals. I am now more confident about my business intentions with lots of ideas on how to add value to the Bosnian ecosystem.
