Pakistan, Cyber-Terrorism, Iraq, Iran, and the Palestinian Crisis

Arnaud de Borchgrave briefed Network 20/20 on top threats to global peace and security, from recent events in the Middle East to the growing threat of cyber-terrorism. He discussed new tensions between NATO and Pakistan’s military, the state of affairs in Iraq and Iran, and peace talks between Israel and Palestine. He also spoke on the future use of cyber-terrorism by state and non-state actors and its implications for U.S. and global security.

Arnaud de Borchgrave, who has covered most of the nation’s major national security threats during 25-year tenure as senior editor of Newsweek, has unique insights and perspectives. He was named editor in chief of the Washington Times in 1985 and joined CSIS in 1991. His weekly UPI newsletter is renowned for its up-to-the-date look at the most serious global issues. He is married to the author Alexandra Villard de Borchgrave.
